There are always those people that will work out alongside you, do all the same exercises but half ass them most of the time. I’m talking about the ones that chat away to each other and barely break a sweat by the end of the session…

does anyone else find it awkward emailing teachers like are you supposed to say hey, or hi or use their name or say love from at the end?
If someone ever tells you a certain song is important to them you should turn it up and lay on your bed and close your eyes and really listen to it even if its 10 minutes long because at the end you will know that person much better I think
